Where we ship

Worldwide, in three zones: the Czech Republic, the rest of the EU, and the rest of the world. The cost is calculated from the destination and the total weight of the order and is shown before you pay — the estimate on each product page is that same calculation for one item.

How long it takes

Orders are packed within a few working days of payment clearing. Delivery after that is the carrier's business: usually a few days inside the EU, longer beyond it. Tracking numbers are emailed when the parcel is handed over.

Packing

Boxed sets travel in a carton with the original box protected inside it. If you are buying a set for the box rather than the bricks, say so in the order note and it will be packed accordingly.

If something is not right

These are items from one collection, sold by a private individual rather than by a shop, so we cannot offer the fourteen-day right of return without a reason that comes with buying from a trader. It is why every listing carries so many photographs: what you see is what you get, and they are worth opening full screen before you buy.

If an item is substantially different from its description, though, or arrives damaged in transit, write to us with photographs and we will sort it out — a refund, or a reduction, whichever fits. Wear consistent with the age and the stated condition is not a fault.

Payment

Prices are shown in euro and in koruna. PayPal or bank transfer; the bank details and a payment QR code appear on the order page as soon as the order is placed. An unpaid bank transfer order is held for 72 hours before the item is released back into the shop.
